• Above Market ($210 – $400/lin. ft.): Complex projects requiring specialized labor. This applies to deep foundations (9ft+), manual hand-digging in narrow Toronto alleyways where machines can’t fit, or waterproofing underneath existing decks, porches, and additions that require structural shoring.
